Colleen McLaren, CPA, CVA, MBA

Colleen McLaren is a CPA who has over 15  years of audit, tax and accounting experience.  Colleen started off her career, after graduating from LaSalle University in 1992, in public accounting working for Pricewaterhouse, Coopers and in the private sector working for Merrill Lynch.

In 1998, Colleen established her own practice that concentrated on individual tax preparation and has developed it into a multi-faceted business. Colleen obtained her MBA from Temple University in 2002, while managing her career and raising a family.  Colleen's services include tax preparation and planning for businesses and individuals, financial statement analysis, new business development support and small business accounting services.

 

Her professional memberships include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Society of Tax Practitioners and the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce. 

 

Colleen has taught several adjunct accounting courses including an accounting course for the IRS through Penn State University, as well as accounting and tax courses at Holy Family University.  She is currently on the Penn State Continuing Education Advisory Board.  Over the years, Colleen has conducted several seminars to Senior Adult Centers.  Colleen is actively involved in the community by supporting numerous Warrington Athletic Associations that her 3 children are involved in and volunteers at her church teaching Bible school classes and the annual summer Bible School camp.
